nikamap.NikaBeam¶

class nikamap.NikaBeam(*args, **kwargs)[source]¶

NikaBeam describe the beam of a NikaMap.

This class is for back-compatibility, returning a ContBeam object

Parameters:

fwhm (astropy.units.Quantity) – Full width half maximum of the Gaussian kernel.
pixel_scale (astropy.units.equivalencies.pixel_scale) – The pixel scale either in units of angle/pixel or pixel/angle.
